One regular registration can cover one paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.

The official language is English. The papers will be sent electronically to the address: Conferinta.ICMSAV@mep.utcluj.ro.
 
The selected papers will be presented in conference sections, the main authors are asked to choose the section in which the paper should be included. The most significant papers of the Conference will be published in the ISI Journal - Acta Technica Napocensis, series Applied Mathematics, Mechanics and Engineering (the only one ISI Journal from Romania in the area of Mechanical Engineering). Only one scientific research paper will be published for each main author. Depending on topics the other papers will be published either in the Romanian Journal of Acoustics and Vibration (indexed in SCOPUS) from Romanian Acoustic Society or in the Romanian Journal of Mechanics, belonging to Romanian Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics.

SRA Awards are granted for three papers presented at the conference.
